VGMT inks contract with Health Care Answering Services

VGM Technologies has contracted with Health Care Answering Services (HCAS) to provide discounted pricing for VGM Group Members

For more than a decade, HCAS has specialized in nationwide answering services for health-care and medical professionals. Operators receive special training that enables them to meet the special needs of health-care profession.

VGMT’s contract includes:

  • 100 minutes of operator assistance
  • 30 minutes of voice mail minutes
  • 3 hours of off-line assistance

All calls are billed in one-second increments. HCAS has 24/7 customer service and supervisors available to answer questions.

Other services available include:

  • Multi-lingual services for translation services and message taking
  • Message records that can be sent to your office on a daily basis via fax and/or email 
  • Conversational Voice Recording in which you can listen to a recap of your caller’s message or the entire conversation with the HCAS operator
  • Call screening announcements that allow the caller to select with whom they need to speak with at no charge against your minutes
  • Toll-free numbers for call forwarding and to check on your messaging
  • Complete voice mail capabilities

Some answering services charge per call whether it is incoming or for paging your office; others bill in 30-second increments. HCAS bills in one-second increments and only for live operator time. Paging is not counted against the minutes and you have an unlimited number of calls.
