    Dan Fedor, reimbursement specialist for U.S. Rehab, will show the most common current claim denials (CO4, CO108, etc.) and how to avoid them by understanding modifier logic. He will also review the reimbursement rate formulas for different payment categories, which will enable you to determine how much you will get paid (capped rental purchase allowable), the monthly allowable for capped rentals (months 1-3 and 4-13), the total amount allowed over 13 months of a rental and inexpensive and routinely purchased rates.
