ICD10In a recent post to the Noridian Healthcare Solutions site, they reiterated the answer to a commonly asked question about ICD-10, If a CMN or DIF is already on file, a new one is not required for the sole purpose of updating for these revisions or to add an ICD-10 diagnosis code to a CMN or DIF.” But when a CMN or DIF is not on file, it will be mandatory to use revised forms to accommodate the new coding system.
