Heartland Conference 2017 Offers Multitude of Home Accessibility Education

This year’s VGM Heartland Conference, June 12-15 in Waterloo, Iowa, offers numerous opportunities for AHIA members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Certified Environmental Access Consultant (C.E.A.C.) certification can be earned on-site during a pre-conference session on Monday, June 12. AHIA members can earn the distinction of C.E.A.C. by attending a live educational program and completing an online final exam. This prestigious credentialing informs customers and the industry you are educated and certified in the environmental access needs of the elderly and physically challenged.
  • Hands-on product training will be offered from nationwide suppliers Best Bath, Clean Cut, EZ-ACCESS, Harmar, and Liko.
  • A New Product Forum will provide an up-close look at products available from AHIA’s participating suppliers.
  • Accessibility track sessions also include:
