Heartland Conference Agenda Now Available; Early Bird Pricing Ends April 1

The 2018 Heartland Conference educational agenda is now available on the Heartland website. Register for the June 19-21 event in VGM’s hometown of Waterloo, Iowa, by April 1 to take advantage of Early Bird pricing.

 An even dozen educational tracks are available at this year’s conference, with two new tracks making their Heartland debut: Women’s Health and Executive.

For All You Execs

The executive track will highlight topics relevant to the business owner and CEO. Sessions are scheduled to include such topics as:

  • Things Your CPA Wants You to Know that You Haven’t Asked
  • High-performing Strategy and Planning Organizations
  • Using Mergers and Acquisitions to Grow Your Homecare Business
  • Developing Strategic Partnerships with Hospital Systems for Post-acute Services

Women’s Health Track to Feature Mastectomy Fitter Exam

The Women’s Health track will offer the opportunity for attendees to sit for their mastectomy fitter exam with the Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC). Prior to attending Heartland, those planning to sit for the exam at the conference must complete a required entry-level education program and a minimum of 120 hours of documented care under professional supervision.
