Dan Richtsmeier came to VGM without any prior knowledge or experience in the industry. Before working at VGM, he worked for a large livestock operation for 12 years. When he first started at VGM, Dan was hired for the start-up of our Utility Sales (now Outbound Communications) Division. After spending 7 years in that role, Dan had the opportunity to learn this industry quickly through regular communication with members. His job was to keep members constantly in the know about what was available to them as VGM members. Dan deeply enjoyed his time in that role and he attributes that experience to his success in his current role as a Membership Account Manager.
