Jill Blaser is the Senior Director of VGM Education, where she oversees the strategic direction, design, and delivery of education and training initiatives serving the HME industry. In this role, Jill focuses on building scalable, customer-centric learning solutions that support compliance, professional growth, and business sustainability.

With a collaborative and people-first leadership approach, Jill works closely with cross-functional teams, industry partners, and subject matter experts to ensure education offerings remain relevant, practical, and impactful. She is especially passionate about creating continuous learning pathways that empower individuals and organizations to adapt, grow, and succeed in a changing healthcare environment. 

Jill spent 12 years of her time at VGM on the planning committee for the Heartland Conference, serving as both the Education Pillar and Conference Chair, giving her deep insight into the educational, regulatory, and operational challenges face HME providers.
