John Carter is a respiratory therapist with 25+ years’ experience in home medical equipment. Prior to his current role, John was the vice president of network development, contracting and sleep services for HOMELINK, where he was responsible for the contracting and management of provider accounts, network development as well as contracting and pricing with third party payers. John also helped develop and oversee the operations of a cost effective/time sensitive solution for diagnosing and treating Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). 

John started with VGM in 2000, working as an Inside Member Service Representative with Associates. Before joining VGM, he was with Miller Medical Service/American Home Patient from 1995 to 2000.
