Matt Flaherty is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in VGM’s Fulfillment division, where he held a variety of roles, culminating in his most recent position of Director of Sales. Passionate about fostering member success within the durable medical equipment (DME)/home medical equipment (HME) industry, Matt has consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering exceptional services and support to members.

Currently residing in Cedar Falls, Iowa, Matt finds joy in spending quality time with his beloved family. He shares a life with his wife Sarah and their son Hayes. Outside of his professional endeavors, Matt is an avid enthusiast of outdoor activities, particularly running and biking. Additionally, he contributes to the local community by officiating high school basketball games, showcasing his dedication to both sports and community engagement.
