Shelby Graveman is the Director of Sales for VGM & Associates.

Previously, Shelby was the Sales & Member Success Lead for VGM & Associates. Shelby’s role in HME started on the managed care side when she started working for VGM’s Homelink division starting in 2015. During her time there, Shelby was first an intake coordinator, then a workers’ compensation patient care coordinator, where she spent her time coordinating DME, O&P, urology/ostomy supplies, and complex rehab for work comp patients. In 2017, she accepted a role on the Member Success team in VGM & Associates, where she has been one of the membership accounts managers. In 2022, she accepted the role of Sales & Member Success Lead while also still maintaining her duties as Membership Account Manager for her territory. Shelby holds a degree in criminal justice from Kaplan University.
