Stephanie comes to VGM with over 25 years of experience in operations, revenue cycle management, compliance, and reimbursement within the HME industry. She brings deep expertise in navigating complex operational and regulatory challenges, with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach that builds alignment, strengthens communication, and drives practical results across organizations. 

At Dynamic Healthcare Services, she operationalized a remote PAP program end-to-end during the height of the PHE, while also serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Quality Assurance Manager overseeing compliance, contracts, credentialing, and quality systems. At DASCO Home Medical Equipment, she standardized a complex authorization process and implemented cross-company automation for auth submissions, coordinating vendor relationships to support automation efforts and reducing administrative burden while improving consistency across workflows.
