Desiree Trimble Named VP, Marketing for VGM & Associates

Desiree Trimble

VGM & Associates is proud to announce that Desiree Trimble has been named the Vice President of Marketing, effective November 17.

Trimble brings more than two decades of experience in marketing, communications, and creative strategy, including over 20 years with VGM Group, Inc. Her career spans roles such as Creative Director, Marketing Strategist, and most recently, Director of Corporate Communications & Events. She also served as Client Strategy Director at Moxie, where she led strategic initiatives for national brands. With a strong foundation in design and marketing, Trimble is known for her ability to craft compelling narratives, lead high-impact campaigns, and foster meaningful connections across teams and audiences.

“Desiree’s creative leadership, strategic mindset, and passion for storytelling have been instrumental in shaping VGM’s voice and brand presence,” said Lindy Tentinger, President of VGM & Associates. “As a long-time employee owner with deep industry experience and strong relationships across our membership and vendor partners, Desiree is uniquely positioned to elevate our marketing and communications strategy at VGM & Associates.”

Mandi Rodgers, who previously served as Vice President of Marketing for VGM & Associates, will transition into a new role as Vice President of Events at VGM Group, effective November 17. She will focus on creating alignment and consistency across VGM’s event portfolio, with a strong emphasis on elevating the customer experience.

“Mandi has made a tremendous impact as our VP of Marketing, and we’re excited to see her bring that same energy and strategic vision to our events team,” said Tentinger. “This move is a significant step forward for both VGM & Associates and the broader VGM Group, as it positions us to deliver even more consistent, high-quality experiences across all our events.”
