Boone Lockard

VGM & Associates is excited to announce that Boone Lockard, CRT, has been promoted to VP of Clinical Services. In his new role, Boone will oversee and collaborate with the VGM Sleep Services team, ensuring effective clinical and operational solutions for medical equipment providers.

Boone has more than 16 years of experience in respiratory care and the home medical equipment industry. His background includes sales, account management, and clinical education, gained from previous roles at Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care and Lehan Drugs, Inc. He joined VGM as Director of VGM Respiratory in April 2022, and he is committed to enhancing the quality of life and health outcomes for patients and clients alike.

"For the past 10 years, I've been engaged with outsourced compliance management programs. During this time, I've observed the tangible benefits of implementing such programs for DME providers,” says Boone. “By outsourcing our compliance efforts, we successfully maintained existing staffing levels while simultaneously increasing the number of PAP setups performed each month. And not to mention, this transition ultimately expanded our patient resupply pool."

Boone’s experience as a respiratory therapist, coupled with his eagerness to learn and embrace new technologies, demonstrates his value of collaboration, innovation, and bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to his work of navigating challenges throughout the industry.

“We are beyond excited to have Boone grow in this role at VGM,” says Lindy Tentinger, President, VGM & Associates. “His expertise continues to prove to be invaluable for our VGM members, and we know he will continue to move the respiratory and clinical services offering forward for our VGM members.”
