Addressing Today’s Billing and Reimbursement Challenges
Billing and reimbursement remain some of the most significant operational hurdles for HME providers, whether it’s navigating payer requirements, managing documentation, or keeping up with compliance changes.

- Served as Chief Compliance Officer and Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing credentialing, contracts, and compliance
- Helped streamline authorization processes through standardization and automation
This unique combination of compliance expertise and operational leadership positions Robinson to support providers across the full reimbursement lifecycle.
