Heartland Call for Speakers

VGM is now accepting proposals from prospective speakers for its annual Heartland Conference, taking place June 9-11, 2025.

The Heartland Conference committee is looking for speakers to offer their knowledge on a variety of topics related to the HME industry. New this year are revamped education tracks, including billing and compliance, business operations, complex rehab technology, leadership and people strategy, respiratory, sales, marketing, and retail, technology and security, and specialty markets such as women’s health, wound care, government, and more.

“We are thrilled to announce that the call for speakers for the Heartland Conference 2025 is now open until Dec. 1, 2024,” said Arienne Martinez, Heartland Education Chair. “We are also excited to share that in response to the ever-evolving climate of the industry, we have revamped our educational tracks to better address current trends. We understand the importance of providing relevant educational content to support industry professionals, and we are confident that these sessions will enhance attendees’ Heartland experience."

Heartland Conference will take place at the Waterloo Convention Center in Waterloo, Iowa. Speakers will be able to share their insight and knowledge with more than 1,000 attendees from across the country from the HME, respiratory, and complex rehab space. They’ll have opportunities not only to share their expertise with attendees, but also to build professional relationships and network with individuals from all parts of the industry.

“The opportunities are endless for presenters at Heartland,” said Martinez. “Getting together all in one place and sharing knowledge between peers to help one another will make a lasting impact on businesses across the country.”

Speaker proposals for Heartland Conference are due Dec. 1, 2024. To submit your session, visit events.vgm.com/heartland/speak and complete the online form.
