As the healthcare industry increasingly embraces virtual solutions, VGM Group's recent acquisition of SleepGlad, an AI virtual mask-fitting platform, marks a significant step forward. This move aligns perfectly with the industry's shift towards virtual patient care, enhancing VGM’s Total Sleep Services by offering a comprehensive solution that includes CPAP machine pressure setting, virtual onboarding, patient setup, compliance monitoring, product fulfillment and resupply, and asset recovery, along with the new ability to identify and fit masks virtually.

“Every time a provider needs to refit a patient, it delays the patient's clinical progress and impacts the provider's financial performance,” said Boone Lockard, Vice President of Clinical Services for VGM & Associates, in an interview with HME News. “Where we are now with SleepGlad’s advanced technology, refit rates can be reduced to 5% or less when the industry average is 22% to 25%.”

Whether it's CPAP masks, CPAP machines, or other medical supplies, VGM is committed to improving patient outcomes and provider efficiency. The integration of SleepGlad into VGM’s Total Sleep Services is a significant step towards achieving these goals, helping reduce costs for providers and reflecting the broader trend towards virtual healthcare.
