Award Details 

Each year, the HME Woman of the Year Award, presented by VGM Group, Inc., recognizes a woman who has made outstanding, lasting contributions to her company, her community, and the home medical equipment (HME) industry.   

Now in its tenth year, this award celebrates innovators, leaders, mentors, and rising voices whose work uplifts patients, providers, and the entire continuum of care.

Women across the HME space make a measurable impact every day, from driving clinical excellence to leading large organizations to championing patient-first innovation. This award honors women who: 

  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and industry influence.  
  • Make a difference regardless of title, position, or background.

HME Woman of the Year nominations are open to all women, regardless of title or position, who work within the HME industry, including:
