HeartlandEarly bird pricing ends April 18

Registration for VGM’s annual Heartland Conference is now open. This popular event will be held June 9-11, 2025, in Waterloo, IA.

VGM Heartland Conference brings together professionals throughout the home medical equipment (HME) and complex rehab technology (CRT) industries from across the country to learn from the industry’s top professionals, see the latest product innovations, and network with their peers.

Registrants can choose from over 60 educational sessions and panel discussions to attend and earn contact hours/CEUs on topics such as billing and compliance, technology and security, business operations, complex rehab technology, leadership and people strategy, respiratory, sales, marketing, and integrated health and policy topics like accessibility, wound care, government, and more.

“VGM Heartland Conference always offers a fun, vibrant and dynamic atmosphere for attendees to forge new connections while enjoying the famous VGM and midwestern hospitality,” said Jill Blaser, Heartland Conference chair. “There is something for everyone at the Heartland Conference, where community meets opportunity and knowledge meets innovation.”

Special early bird pricing is available to those who register prior to April 18. Passes are all-inclusive and provide access to every opportunity Heartland has to offer, including a wide variety of education tracks and access to the hottest products and business solutions offered by VGM's vast network of vendor partners. That’s right, pack your Hawaiian attire!

“The rapidly evolving industry has potential for transformation, innovation, and growth, and attending Heartland Conference is the key to unlocking the potential of everyone’s business,” said Lindy Tentinger, President of VGM & Associates. “VGM is committed to providing the industry with the tools and expertise needed to thrive in an ever-changing healthcare landscape.
