Courtney Sherman is a registered respiratory therapist focusing on sleep compliance for VGM & Associates. Courtney has been a respiratory therapist for eight and a half years. She graduated from Hawkeye Community College in 2014 with an Associate of Science in Respiratory Care.

Prior to joining VGM, she worked as a respiratory therapist at Allen Hospital specializing in neonatal care, adult critical care, and pediatrics. In 2019 she started at Hawkeye Community College as an adjunct clinical instructor where she supervised clinic activity, provided adequate guidance, and evaluated the clinical performance. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering for her sons Lego League, soccer, reading, traveling, and spending time with her three sons Lucas, Caleb, and Mason and her husband, Zach.
