Jeff Kessler, VGM Market Data Sales and Customer Service Representative, has been with VGM Group, Inc. since 2013. In his current role, Jeff helps clients understand the impact that market intelligence can have on business growth and expansion efforts. Starting his career at VGM in the managed care division, VGM HOMELINK, he was responsible for coordinating DME, O&P, urology/ostomy supplies, complex rehab, and electromedical supplies for patients. As a Workers’ Compensation Operations Specialist, he worked with leadership to ensure team member success and was responsible for companywide adherence to system and organization controls. In this role he held a seat on the VGM/HOMELINK compliance committee, helping to maintain their impeccable track record of compliance to contracts and regulations. Jeff accepted a position in 2019 on the provider relations team, giving him a greater understanding of the challenges providers and clinicians face in an ever-changing healthcare industry. He also held a position with Club Procure (fka VGM Club) as a Director of Member Services, sat on the VGM Young Professionals Committee as Secretary, and acts as Corporate Tour Guide for visitors and guests. Jeff has a Bachelor’s in Conservation Biology from the University of Northern Iowa.
