Nicole Hagberg began her career at VGM in 2020 as a Group Health Patient Care Coordinator, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of service lines including Ostomy, Urology, CPAP, BiPAP, Orthotics & Prosthetics, and more. She now serves as the Customer Experience and Project Coordinator for VGM Education, where she leads the LMS onboarding process—tailoring project timelines to meet each client’s unique needs and staying agile to ensure a smooth, on-track transition.
Nicole is a dedicated and dynamic professional with a passion for project management, customer experience, and creative problem-solving. She brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge and is known for her upbeat energy, sharp attention to detail, and collaborative spirit. Whether she’s streamlining workflows, launching team initiatives, or building strong client relationships, Nicole is all about making work smarter—and a lot more fun.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find her out for a walk with her family, building block towers and playing babies with her daughter, getting her hands dirty in the yard, or finally tackling that DIY project that’s been calling her name.
