Her people-first leadership and track record of sustained growth have earned her recognition as a 2026 HME Woman of the Year finalist.

Leading Sustainable Growth and Expanding Access to Complex Rehab Technology

Amid ongoing reimbursement pressures and workforce challenges across the HME and rehab industry, Julie has led Alliance Rehab to sustained year-over-year growth, balancing strategic, organic expansion, all while prioritizing clients and driving positive culture in the workplace.

Under her leadership, the organization has expanded into new locations and recruited highly skilled Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs), increasing access to complex rehab technology and mobility solutions.

“She's consistently grown Alliance Rehab year after year, expanding to new locations and recruiting talented ATPs,” stated Tyler Mahncke, SVP of Membership, VGM & Associates. “She's achieved impressive organic growth in a challenging industry.”

Under Julie’s leadership, Alliance Rehab has thrived in a complex healthcare environment, strengthening operational capacity while expanding access to mobility solutions and complex rehab technology, and ensuring more patients receive the customized care they need.

Leading with Vision and Continuity

Recently stepping into the CEO role, Julie has ensured a seamless leadership transition while continuing to drive innovation and growth. Her ability to lead through change while maintaining organizational momentum highlights her strength as a healthcare executive.
