When a beneficiary hops from one insurance plan to another, do you find yourself trying to put the pieces together in the puzzle to get a claim submitted and paid? What type of documentation is needed (e.g., order, medical records, or proof of delivery) if any? This webinar will focus on situations where beneficiaries transition from another payer (e.g., commercial payer, Medicare advantage plan, or Medicaid) into Medicare FFS as the primary payer. The emphasis will be on simplifying the 5,000-piece jigsaw puzzle into just a few puzzle pieces that are necessary.
