Please note: This is not a contract – submission does not constitute an accepted agreement with VGM. First, a little about us:
- VGM Group (VGM) negotiates and maintains mutually beneficial contracts on behalf of our 3,500 nationwide members providing home/durable medical equipment (HME/DME), sleep and respiratory therapy, home modifications, orthotics and prosthetics, complex rehab, retail, and wound care products and services (the “VGM members”). These contracts allow VGM members to obtain preferential pricing on a wide variety of products and services they need for their businesses, which we believe may drive more business to our vendor partners.
- VGM limits the number of competitive vendors in our group to help ensure market growth.
- VGM member locations cover the United States, so we favor partnerships with comparable reach. Our member success team has formed valuable relationships with VGM members and consults on the products, services, and solutions most beneficial to each individual member. We may have the opportunity during our calls or visits to VGM members to recommend or introduce your company to enhance your sales operations.
- VGM members order products directly from VGM partners.

Step 2: Internal Review
After receipt of your information, we will start the review process. During the review process, we will assign a community leader, who will determine member need/engagement, competitor profile, and potential conflict with existing partners. Someone may reach out to you during this time to request additional information. If a potential fit is determined, your information will move onto the partner committee for final review.
Step 3: Contracting
Once it has been determined that we would like to proceed with the contracting process, a member of our contracting team will contact you.
