Vendor Partner Updates

Your participation in our Vendor Partner Updates helps us connect you with our members. Your submissions are all featured in our members-only portal. We also send out a monthly email to our communities, which highlights new partner announcements, contract cancellations, pricing updates, new product announcements, time-sensitive promotions, and newsworthy updates.

What should you submit?

Product promotions, limited-time offers, new product announcements, newsworthy content, press releases, product updates, your featured products, rebates, program information, product changes/replacements/discontinuations, or general brand awareness-type messaging. Remember, if you're out of sight, you're out of mind. We encourage you to submit content each month.

Our membership highly values information from you. We strongly encourage you to provide us with these updates and changes in a timely fashion.  Please provide a brief description, supporting document such as Excel or PDF, image, or link to an article, PDF, etc. You may reference your contract for specific stipulations.

Submission Guidelines

• Your company may submit up to four products per month to be featured.
• We encourage product promos and newsworthy content.
• We will automatically include your logo.
• Pictures submitted should be 657 h x 438 w pixels. Please plan for this size when submitting your corresponding pictures.
• Please submit multiple forms for multiple products.
• All content will have an end date. If an end date is not clearly indicated due to a promo, we will set an end date of three months from the approval date. 
• NEW as of May 2025: If you would like your submission featured for multiple communities, please select all that apply. There is no need to submit the same submission for each community.

All submissions are reviewed and proofed by the VGM & Associates Marketing Team. Each submission is also checked to ensure that the content is promoted to the appropriate community.

  • Sent 1st Wednesday of the month

  • Due 15th of the prior month
  • Sent 1st Wednesday of the month
• VGM Live at Home
  • Due 20th of the prior month
  • Sent 2nd Wednesday of the month
• VGM & Associates
  • Due 5th of the current month
  • Sent 4th Wednesday of the month
• Essentially Women
  • Due 5th of the current month
  • Sent 4th Wednesday of the month

If your company is promoted to multiple memberships, we recommend that you submit content by the 15th of the month prior.
