Your participation in our monthly vendor partner update emails helps us connect you with our members. These emails include new partner announcements, contract cancellations, pricing updates, rebates, program information, and product changes/replacements/discontinuations. The membership highly values this information. We strongly encourage you to provide us with these updates and changes in a timely fashion.  Please provide a brief description, supporting document such as excel or pdf, image or link to an article, pdf, etc. You may reference your contract for specific stipulations.

Submission Guidelines

  • Your company may submit up to 4 products per month to be featured.
  • We encourage product promos and newsworthy content. Product-focused content should be submitted for the Buyer's Guide.
  • We will automatically include your logo.
  • Pictures submitted should be 657h x 438w pixels. Please plan for this size when submitting your corresponding pictures.
  • Please submit multiple forms for multiple products.
  • All content will have an end date. If an end date is not clearly indicated due to a promo, we will set an end date of 3 months from approval date.
