We communicate vendor updates to our members through monthly Vendor Partner Update emails and our Quarterly Buyer's Guide. We encourage our vendor partners to participate in each one of these publications.
Quarterly Buyer's Guide
The Buyer’s Guide is a collection of promotional products and services specific to each season and corresponding disease states, holidays, industry events, trends, and quarterly planning. This is your opportunity to submit content that is relevant to each issue. This guide is something our members look forward to receiving and using as a reference throughout the quarter. Content should be submitted using the submission form found on this page. Monthly emails are curated to provide the most current and relevant pricing, products, and services on our vendor partners. This email is our opportunity to get your updates into the hands of each of the memberships.
These emails include new partner announcements, contract cancellations, pricing updates, rebates, or program information along with product changes/replacements/discontinuations. This type of information is highly valued by the membership. We strongly encourage you to provide us with these updates and changes in a timely fashion. Please provide a brief description, supporting document such as excel or pdf, image or link to an article, pdf etc. You may reference your contract for specific stipulations.
