Heartland logoWATERLOO, Iowa – Online registration for VGM’s 21st anniversary Heartland Conference will close June 6. Guests will still be able to register on-site for the in-person educational event June 13-15 in Waterloo, Iowa.

Registration is all-inclusive and provides access to every educational opportunity Heartland has to offer, including four pre-conference sessions. This year’s passes also cover meals, entertainment, and access to the hottest products and business solutions offered by VGM's vast network of vendors inside a newly renovated exhibit hall.

“Heartland has something for every home medical equipment (HME) professional. There’s going to be so much to learn, see, and experience,” said Jill Blaser, Heartland Conference chair and design and development manager of VGM Education. “We can’t wait to welcome our members and show off our community’s recently renovated hotel and convention center.”

The VGM Heartland Conference brings together industry experts from across the country to discuss topics related to the HME industry, such as respiratory, accessibility, regulatory and audits, rehab, operations, sales and marketing, billing and reimbursement, retail, and more. Educational sessions offer more than 60 options for registrants to earn contact hours. Attendees can earn an estimated 14.75 contact hours/continuing education units (CEUs) this year. They can also attend panel discussions, engage with vendors, and attend community dinners and other networking events.

However, the education isn’t the only reason to attend. Heartland features numerous opportunities for networking and fun. This year will feature magician and comedian Devin Henderson, HME community dinners, the iconic Heartland hog roast with fireworks, and a special event for first-time attendees.
