Select Membership: Is It Right for My Business?

Are you part of the VGM Live at Home Select Membership yet? If not, here’s why you should join today.

More Highly-Vetted Leads

VGM Live at Home has put together another membership tier for our members’ benefit. We have several new relationships, which have produced several highly-vetted leads with extremely high close rates. Some of these new opportunities are entrepreneurial in nature, but promising. These new relationship opportunities that are coming in are at a higher level than anything in the past.

Being a part of this new Select Membership Group puts your company in the qualification group to be matched with these leads. When a lead comes in, we provide the information to the Live at Home Select member closest to the referral, allowing you to provide the solution that best fits the customer. If you were on the fence before, you should strongly consider joining the VGM Live at Home Select Membership.

New Customers for Life

VGM Live at Home receives referrals in six product categories: ramps, accessible bathrooms, grab bars and handrails, stair lifts, vertical platform lifts (VPLs), and transfer lifts. As we all know, accessibility can always be improved depending on what the customer needs.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the number of Americans ages 65 and older is projected to nearly double from 52 million in 2018 to 95 million by 2060, and the 65-and-older age group’s share of the total population will rise from 16 percent to 23 percent. Demand for products to help older adults age in place is not going down any time soon. About 90% of seniors intend to remain in their current homes for the next five to 10 years. Many seniors believe they can age in place without home modifications; however, modifications could help make their lives easier.

“One of the first referrals we saw came through was for a bathroom remodel for a Senior couple” said Jim Greatorex, vice president of VGM Live at Home. “We were able to pass this lead off to one of our Select members in Southern Maryland. The end result was a new bathroom remodel, flooring replacement in the bedroom, and a quote for a second bathroom in another area of the house.  As their client continues to stay in their home, our member now has a relationship with this new customer for life. If they need another home modification to improve access, they will have a resource for their future needs.”

How do you qualify?

VGM Live at Home members who would like to participate in this exclusive program must be willing to offer a home safety assessment, become Master CEAC Certified, and provide solutions in six product areas. For more information or to get started, contact VGM Live at Home.
