N95 Respirator: Re-Use And Making Your Own

Published in Member Communities on April 10, 2020

We continue to hear from DME suppliers on the frontlines of this pandemic on the struggles with obtaining adequate amounts of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Our team has been collecting additional resources and helpful links on how to effectively clean PPE and create your own PPE.

Today we received notice that the FDA cleared a device used for sterilization of N95 respirators. We will pass more information on this as we hear of it.

John Gallagher spoke of proper cleaning and re-use of N95 respirators on Tuesday’s State of the Industry webinar. We received many requests for this information to be posted. Click here to view the recommendations.
