Sleep Services

VGM & Associates is proud to announce the launch of its innovative VGM Sleep Services Program. With a mission to revolutionize sleep solutions and enhance overall health and quality of life, this program is committed to providing state-of-the-art services to meet the growing demand for improved sleep health.

Sleep is an essential component of overall well-being, impacting physical and mental health, productivity, and overall quality of life. Recognizing the importance of quality sleep, VGM has taken a step forward with the introduction of VGM Sleep Services. This new suite of services is designed to cater to individuals of all ages and offer tailored solutions for a wide range of sleep-related issues.

VGM Sleep Services brings together a team of highly skilled and experienced sleep experts, licensed clinicians, patient care coordinators, and sleep coaches dedicated to providing comprehensive care to patients.

“Launching the VGM Sleep Services Program was a decision made based on the needs of our members,” said John Carter, VP Sleep and Respiratory Compliance Services, “which is how VGM continues to grow and better service our members.”

Key features of the program include no-touch delivery, onboarding, patient set-up, compliance, and post-compliance monitoring. No touch delivery is important to our program with delivery to the patient’s door and remote setting of pressure with mask fitting coming soon. Onboarding includes sleep coaching and education, while patient set-up focuses on how to use the products and expectations. And two of the most crucial parts of the program, compliance and post-compliance look to check in quarterly and enhance sleep coaching and additional expectations.

“We have been working on developing this program for several months, and we are so excited to have it available for sleep patients,” said Barry Thwaits, SVP of Business Development.

Whether it's snoring, sleep apnea, insomnia, or other sleep disorders, VGM Sleep Services is here to offer expert guidance and comprehensive solutions for a restful and rejuvenating sleep experience.
