For years, VGM has been proud to uphold the integrity of the DMEPOS industry. This has always been a cornerstone of our mission, and we remain steadfast in our belief that unethical or illegal behavior must be confronted and eliminated.
The Fraud, Waste & Abuse Reporting Center on the VGM Government Relations website exists to support these ongoing efforts. It provides clear guidance and reporting options to help identify and address suspected fraud, waste, or abuse (FWA) throughout the Healthcare community.
This has served as a central hub for state associations, advocacy partners, manufacturers, providers, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders who want to play an active role in helping CMS identify fraud, which diverts critical healthcare dollars.
If you suspect that a supplier, physician, clinician, manufacturer, or any other entity is committing fraud against Medicare/Medicaid, we encourage you to take action and report it.
Below are resources and links for identifying and reporting suspected fraud at both the federal and state levels.
Report Medicare FWA at the federal level.
