I am honored to reach out to you as the new President of VGM & Associates. While I may be stepping into this role with both big shoes to fill and a fresh set of eyes, my dedication to our industry and to each of you—our cherished members—remains unwavering. Our mission to deliver superior post-acute homecare services and connections, from home medical equipment and respiratory care to women's health, complex rehab, orthotics and prosthetics, and home accessibility, is at the heart of everything we do.

In this new chapter, I am excited to share the strategic focus areas that will guide our efforts to serve you better, which includes enhancing your experience and ensuring we remain at the forefront of our industry.

Elevating Your Experience

Digital Enhancements: Embracing the digital revolution is more than a goal—it's a commitment to enhancing your interaction with us. We are focused on digitizing our services to make your experience smoother, more intuitive, and always accessible, ensuring you have the support you need, when you need it.

Advocacy for Excellence: Our role in the marketplace extends beyond service provision; we are your advocates, tirelessly working to influence the industry standards and policies that impact your level of care and your business. Our unique position allows us to champion the causes that matter most to you and the broader communities we serve.

Innovation and Adaptability: Staying ahead means relentlessly pursuing innovation and being adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of healthcare. We are dedicated to exploring new technologies and solutions that can improve the quality of care you provide and enhance your overall experience with us.

Our Commitment to You

Our journey is driven by a commitment to not just meet, but exceed your expectations. We recognize that the heart of our organization is you—our customers. Your trust, support, and feedback inspire us to strive for excellence every day.

Together Towards Tomorrow

As we look to the future, we see endless opportunities to grow, improve, and innovate. But most importantly, we see the chance to deepen our relationship with you. Your needs and aspirations drive our path forward, and together, we will continue to shape the future of the post-acute homecare space.

I am immensely grateful for your continued trust in us. Your stories, challenges, and triumphs are what fuel our dedication to being more than just a membership organization, but a partner in your business.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. I look forward to what we will achieve together in the days, months, and years to come.

Please reach out to me at any time if you need anything.

Warmest regards,

Lindy Tentinger
President
