Lindy TentingerBy Lindy Tentinger, President, VGM & Associates

As we approach the end of another transformative year, I am excited to share some significant updates and resources that will help us navigate the evolving landscape of the industry together.

Embracing Growth Opportunities

To better align with the growth opportunities in our industry, we have made some strategic changes within our leadership team. Craig Douglas has been promoted to Senior Vice President of the new HME, Respiratory, and Wellness channel, while Tyler Mahncke will lead the Clinical Mobility and Accessibility channel as Senior Vice President. These changes are designed to leverage the increasing demand for home-based care and the growing consumerism in healthcare.

Additionally, we’ve expanded our team of experts to strengthen the programs we offer to our members and the entire industry. Cindi Petito recently joined us as Director of Clinical Networks, and Nikki Grace as Director of OPGA. Both of them have been such a force in their respective areas already, and as we stand on the cusp of a new horizon, VGM’s dedication to guiding the future and helping our members’ businesses thrive will undoubtedly flourish with Cindi and Nikki on our team.

Our goal is to guide you towards new growth opportunities, whether it’s through retail products, wellness solutions, home access products, technology/AI solutions, comprehensive business health checks, the best outsourcing options, or overall cap ex savings. This strategic repositioning is a testament to our commitment to your success amidst the growing markets we are seeing.

Introducing Our New Playbook

I am also thrilled to announce the release of our latest playbook, “Mastering Business Management and Optimization.” This comprehensive guide is packed with actionable insights and strategies to enhance your business operations, financial health, and customer relationships. From next-generation cybersecurity measures to financial health checks and proactive fraud prevention strategies, this playbook is designed to prepare you for success in 2025.
