If I had to describe the conversations and interactions I’ve had in the last 90 days in one word, it would be ENERGY. There is a renewed spark, new faces, and new ideas. Despite the challenges we faced in Q1, you have all shown (again) that our collective "why" is stronger than the obstacles. We’ve weathered storms before, and we’ll do it again. Our resilience is our greatest asset. Our resilience is a wellspring of energy that comes from a determination to serve and do the right thing for our communities. It is time to disrupt traditional paradigms of post-acute homecare.

Let’s consider:

  1. Innovation Over Convention:
    • Disruption occurs when we prioritize creativity and fresh ideas over adherence to existing methods.
    • Instead of following the beaten path, disruptors seek novel solutions that address problems more effectively.
  2. Embracing Change:
    • Traditional paradigms often resist change due to inertia or fear of the unknown.
    • Disruptors actively embrace change, recognizing that progress requires stepping beyond comfort zones. Disruptors are always ready for change.
  3. Technology as a Catalyst:
    • Technological advancements disrupt industries by revolutionizing how we work, communicate, and live.
    • From e-commerce to AI, to e-prescribe, technology reshapes paradigms.
  4. Customer-Centric & Agile Approach:
    • Disruptors prioritize customer needs over organizational convenience.
    • Traditional models can be rigid. Disruptors remain agile, adapting swiftly to market shifts.
  5. Collaboration and Ecosystems:
    • Disruption thrives in interconnected ecosystems.
    • Companies collaborate, share resources, and co-create, challenging siloed thinking.

As we navigate the rest of this year, let’s seize opportunities, foster collaboration, and continue to elevate our industry. Our commitment to excellence remains unwavering. Every story matters. Together, we can make a lasting impact on patient care.

Thank you for being part of this remarkable journey and truly part of something bigger, together. Your dedication inspires us all here at VGM to continue to serve you at the deepest level.
