We can finally say it! Save the date for our 2023 Building Opportunities Summit!

This year’s summit will be November 9-11 in San Antonio, TX at the Hilton Palacio. There will be much more to come on the agenda, speakers, and registration. Last year's event was so engaging and well-received that we can’t wait to be with you again this year in a centrally-located venue. Stay tuned as we roll out more details as they become available.

This year at VGM Live at Home, we want to help our members hone their sales programs with some sales and customer service training sessions from professional trainers. This month, we had Jim Bland present on interacting with different personality types and the best ways to win their trust.

Starting in May, we will begin a five-part sales and customer service training with a long-time friend of VGM and myself, Louis Feuer from Dynamic Seminars. Louis has been speaking for several years and is highly sought after. His presentations will cover building a sales program, effective presentations, building a profitable network, how to network, and how to handle complaints. Louis usually charges $45 a session, but through VGM Live at Home you will be able to see all sessions for only $50. Louis has helped several companies in home medical and other industries grow their sales and teach their teams great customer service habits.

We also are excited to launch Hearth, our new financing partner that offers financing from sixteen or more financing companies who compete for your customers business. Their app-based programs can allow you to offer financing on the spot, and they also offer you some software features at a very reasonable price. Not only do they offer financing and sales tools, but they also provide sales training on how to build financing into your business offerings. They have testimonies from many of their clients’ which state that they are able to close 20% more sales and get larger tickets by offering financing. They explained their program on April 27 at 2 p.m. CT, and we highly recommend you watch the recording and check them out!

There is still room for a few more folks to register for our Dealer Days with Bestbath in beautiful Boise, ID. We are looking forward to seeing their factory and networking with all member attendees.

The first part of this year has been exciting with lots of opportunities for VGM Live at Home. Coming soon will be information about consultants that offer expertise in many ways that would help your business, such as producing professional quotes and providing many other business services that can help you be more profitable and scale.
