Cindi Petito and Nikki Grace Join VGM & Associates

VGM & Associates is excited to announce key leadership updates. Cindi Petito will be joining as Director of Clinical Networks, and Nikki Grace will be joining as Director of OPGA.

Cindi brings with her over 29 years of experience in multiple healthcare settings, including complex rehab, as well as being a certified home accessibility specialist and key opinion leader in home modification and accessibility. She also has more than 20 years of working with both Medicare and Medicaid, commercial insurance companies, and workers comp programs.

In her new role, Cindi will support U.S. Rehab and VGM Live at Home, both divisions of VGM & Associates, and she will lead the charge to build out a network of occupational therapists that will allow VGM to increase referrals to members, amongst many other initiatives, to better align mutual efforts and support market growth.

“I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this outstanding organization, support VGM's members and vendor partners, and the industries to which I have devoted my career,” said Cindi. “I wholeheartedly believe in our vision for growth and the positive impact we will achieve together.”

Nikki will support VGM’s OPGA community and continue advancing the O&P profession for OPGA’s members and supplier partners.

Nikki is a dedicated advocate and leader in osseointegration education in the O&P field. In her previous role as the Director of North American Operations for Osseointegration International, Nikki offered support to amputees worldwide. Nikki's commitment to O&P goes further with her establishment of Central Illinois Amputees, a nonprofit organization that raises awareness and addresses the specific challenges faced by amputees in rural areas, bridging gaps in access to care.

“I am thrilled to join OPGA and honored to contribute to its legacy during such exciting times for the O&P profession,” said Nikki. “With new technologies emerging and a new generation of clinicians entering the field, I am eager to support OPGA members by creating opportunities for access to care through education, business development, and member services.”

Nikki’s strong voice in championing emerging technology, prosthetics, patient care, and access to services reflects her commitment of ensuring that the O&P profession receives the essential support and resources needed to provide exemplary patient care in a sustainable manner.

“We are extremely excited for Cindi and Nikki to join VGM & Associates and expand our team of experts to strengthen the programs we offer to our members and the entire industry,” said Lindy Tentinger, President, VGM & Associates. “Both of these women have been such a force in their respective areas already, and as we stand on the cusp of a new horizon, VGM’s dedication to guiding the future and helping our members’ businesses thrive will undoubtedly flourish with Cindi Petito and Nikki Grace on our team.”
