VGM & Associates Announces Updates to Member Success Team

VGM & Associates is excited to announce that Chris Rose has been promoted to Director of Member Key Accounts effective April 8, and Matthew Flaherty has moved the VGM & Associates member success team as a Regional Account Manager effective April 1.

Chris Rose previously held the role of Regional Account Manager (RAM) since June of 2016. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening business relationships between members and vendor partners to operate more efficiently and increase profitability. This role was previously held by Kelly Wolf, who retired March 31, 2024. Rose will also continue serving members as the Regional Account Manager of TN, AL, and GA.

Prior to joining VGM, Rose worked at various companies in the homecare industry as a sales and account manager in the greater Nashville, TN area.

“We are proud to appoint Chris Rose to this important role,” said Lindy Tentinger, President of VGM & Associates. "His expertise and enthusiasm are the driving forces that will steer our members and vendor partners towards success, as well as fulfill the VGM & Associates mission of creating long-term viability for the future of our members, vendor partners, and the entire homecare industry.”

With Rose’s transition, VGM & Associates is also excited to announce that Matthew Flaherty will join the VGM & Associates team as the Regional Account Manager for states of NM, TX, OK, AR, LA, and MS.

Flaherty has been with VGM since June of 2010. He has served in various roles at VGM Fulfillment, culminating in his most recent position of Director of Sales. Passionate about fostering member success within the durable medical equipment (DME) and home medical equipment (HME) industry, Matt has consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering exceptional services and support to members.

"We are thrilled to welcome Matthew Flaherty to the VGM & Associates member success team to serve our VGM members in the southern region,” said Dave Lyman, SVP, Sales. “His background in sales at VGM Fulfillment is incredibly valuable in our goals of serving our VGM members and providing the solutions necessary to thrive in our industry.”

VGM & Associates looks forward to Chris and Matthew thriving in their new roles and serving VGM members. For questions, please visit https://www.vgm.com/contact/ or call 800-568-7039.
