H.R. 5555 Gets Approved By Health Subcommittee

Published in Government Relations on November 16, 2023

On Wednesday, Nov. 15, the Health Subcommittee convened the health markup. The DMEPOS Relief Act of 2023 (H.R. 5555) was included in the discussion and approved. H.R. 5555 will now move on to the Energy and Commerce Committee for consideration in the next few weeks.

“This is yet another sign that things are moving in the right direction,” said Mike Isaacson, SVP, Government and Regulatory Relations. “That being said, we can’t let up now. Your voices are being heard, your letters are being read, and your presence continues to propel our message forward.  Thank you to all of our members and industry partners for continuing to spread your stories. You ARE true Champions of Change!”
