OPGA has announced that the nomination period for the 2025 O&P Woman of the Year Award is open now through July 11.

“We are delighted to continue celebrating the exceptional women in the O&P profession with the O&P Woman of the Year Award,” said Nikki Grace, Director of OPGA. “Entering its ninth year, this award not only highlights the significant contributions of women to the O&P profession but also underscores the vital role of the profession and the patients served daily.”
In 2024, Sheryl Sachs, MSPO, Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) with Dankmeyer, Inc., was selected from a group of outstanding women as the eighth O&P Woman of the Year.
“Sheryl exemplifies the positive impact one can have on the O&P profession as proven by her dedication to the field throughout her career, and she is so deserving of being named the 2024 O&P Woman of the Year,” continued Grace. “We look forward to honoring another incredible woman in O&P for 2025.”
