GREAT Opportunity: 2023 Breece Fellowship Announced

Published in Orthotics & Prosthetics on February 03, 2023

The National Association for the Advancement of Orthotics and Prosthetics (NAAOP) has once again opened applications for the George and Dena Breece Fellowship. This fellowship is a 10-week, paid summer program based out of Washington, D.C. One or two chosen fellows will receive an opportunity to learn about the orthotic and prosthetic profession, policy, advocacy, and how NAAOP and other O&P organizations function.

In the past, OPGA has been a proud host of the Breece fellowship, and we look forward to working with this year’s winner and demonstrating the hard work and advocacy that the O&P profession goes through each year.

"This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for an in-depth experience to learn about O&P policy, advocacy, and how one can truly make a difference for our profession and the patients it serves," said Adam Miller, President of OPGA. “It is truly an amazing opportunity to learn from the best.”
