U.S. Rehab’s Reimbursement Master Program is designed to help those in the DMEPOS industry become more familiar in the billing arena and learn the basics of ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement. 

Created by billing and reimbursement experts Dan Fedor (U.S. Rehab) and Ronda Buhrmester (VGM & Associates), this two-phase online program was designed for all personnel, including intake, customer service, delivery technicians and clinicians, to the billing department, compliance and managers.

It is recommended to take both the basic and advanced levels, but it is not a requirement. 

Basic Level

The Basic Level of the Reimbursement Master Program is appropriate for all employees, including delivery technicians, intake, customer service, clinicians, repair technicians and billing department personnel.

• Elective courses assigned per your choice based on a rehab or respiratory track. 
• One webinar to be completed after all courses

Advanced Level 

The Advanced Level of the Reimbursement Master Program dives further into the details of reimbursement, including billing of repairs, working audits, handling denials, and more. This level is targeted towards billers, auditors, compliance personnel and managers or supervisors.

The program contains:

• 11 core courses that dive further into details of reimbursement including billing of repairs, working audits, handling denials, documentation requirements, and more. 
• Elective courses assigned per your choice based on a rehab or respiratory track.
•  A catalog of case studies which provide real-life claims for analysis. 
  • The case studies provide a "hands-on" experience unlike any other and takes the learning experience to the next level. 
• A webinar to recap the key points of the program and to reinforce the necessary requirements for successful reimbursement.
