U.S. Rehab is excited to announce key leadership updates. Tyler Mahncke will now serve as President following the retirement of Greg Packer, and Ted Metcalf will serve as Director of Business Development, effective Jan. 1, 2024.

Mahncke previously held the role of vice president for U.S. Rehab since Sept. 2022 and focused on enhancing the relationships between U.S. Rehab, members, and vendor partners. Mahncke is also Vice President of the DMERT Group, an industry non-profit organization that provides continuing education programs for service technicians in the DME and CRT space.

“We are extremely excited for Tyler’s promotion to President of U.S. Rehab,” said Lindy Tentinger, president of VGM & Associates. “Tyler has served U.S. Rehab in dedicated capacity since 2018 and demonstrates a strong passion to grow and advocate for the CRT industry. In this important role, he will continue leading U.S. Rehab to provide innovative solutions, savings, and connections to members and partners in the CRT space, as well as offering a fresh perspective for the future of the industry. Tyler is the right person to lead U.S. Rehab into this new era.”

U.S. Rehab also announces the newest addition to its team, Ted Metcalf, who will be joining as the Director of Business Development.

Ted Metcalf comes to U.S. Rehab with a wealth of experience, having previously served with multiple organizations on the provider side as well as distributor side of complex rehab technology and durable medical equipment, and most recently as the Regional Account Manager for VGM & Associates. His extensive knowledge and expertise in complex rehab technology, combined with a proven track record in connecting individuals to collaboratively solve challenges, make him an ideal fit for his new role.

Mahncke expressed his enthusiasm for Ted's addition to the team, stating, "We are extremely excited to welcome Ted Metcalf to our U.S. Rehab team. His background in the industry and his ability to forge meaningful connections align seamlessly with our commitment to delivering effective business solutions to our provider and vendor partners. Ted's role as Director of Business Development will undoubtedly contribute to the continued growth and success of U.S. Rehab."

U.S. Rehab looks forward to the positive impact Ted Metcalf and Tyler Mahncke will bring to the organization and anticipates great success in this new chapter of collaboration.
