DMERT Group is setting the benchmark for DME and Complex Rehab repair training standards through industry collaboration. U.S. Rehab and Fios DME Repair Training are teaming up to complete the in-person testing exams.
DMERT Level 1 will cover motors, electronics theory, joysticks, programming, batteries and other DME items.
DMERT Level 2 will cover advanced manual wheelchairs, power wheelchair seating repairs, programming and specialty controls, and other CRT items.
Daily Agenda:
DMERT Level 1 session will be from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
DMERT Level 2 session will be from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
(Lunch is independent.)
To obtain certification with the DMERT Group at each level, technicians must pass the online theory exam as well as the in-person competency exam. To find the online theory exam, please visit this site: https://shop.vgmu.com/u-s-rehab/dmert-group-training.
