Published in Government Relations on August 07, 2024

On Monday, August 5, CarePro Home Medical in Coralville, Iowa hosted an event for Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks. The group discussed the need for H.R.5555 passage at the end of 2024.

Miller-Meeks is the Republican lead on H.R.5555 (DMEPOS Relief Act), which provides adjustments to the Medicare payment for DMEPOS that were formerly included in Round 2021 of the competitive bidding program. This bill would extend the 75/25 blended rate in non-rural, non-competitive bidding areas.
