On Wednesday, Nov. 15, the Health Subcommittee of the House Energy and Commerce Committee is set to meet and discuss important legislation. Included in this session will be H.R. 5555, DMEPOS Relief Act of 2023. This bill, led by Rep. Miller-Meeks (IA) and Rep. Tonko (NY) provides much-needed reimbursement relief. Read the full public memo here.

“We are very pleased that this bill is included in the subcommittee’s markup session,” said Mike Isaacson, SVP, Government and Regulatory Relations. “Thank you to all of our members for your advocacy and reaching out to your legislators to educate them on the importance of this relief bill. Our job is not done, and VGM looks forwards to continuing to partner with our members and other industry groups to get this bill across the finish line.”
