A Letter from the President: Planning with Purpose

Dear VGM members,

As we turn the calendar to October, I imagine many of you are doing what I find myself doing this time of year—taking a deep breath, looking at what’s left of 2025, and asking, “How do we finish strong?”

This season often brings a shift in mindset. The hustle of summer gives way to a more intentional pace. It’s a time for strategic planning, for gathering your team, and for making sure you’re not just reacting to the challenges of our industry—but preparing to meet them head-on.

And let’s be honest: there’s no shortage of challenges right now.

From the uncertainty surrounding the recent government shutdown to the ongoing complexities of competitive bidding and reimbursement, DMEPOS providers are navigating a landscape that feels anything but simple. These issues don’t just affect your operations—they impact your ability to care for patients, support your staff, and grow your business.

At VGM, we see the weight you carry. And we want you to know: you don’t have to carry it alone.

Whether you’re looking for advocacy updates, operational support, or just a trusted partner to help you think through what’s next, we’re here. Our team is ready to roll up our sleeves and help however we can—because your success is our purpose.

As you look ahead to the final stretch of 2025 and begin shaping your goals for 2026, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on how far you’ve come. The work you do matters. The care you provide matters. And the community you’ve built—this VGM community—is stronger because of you.

Let’s keep moving forward, together.

With gratitude,

Lindy Tentinger
