Recipients of the 2025 Freedom Award Announced

OPGA Announces Recipients of the 2025 Freedom AwardOrthotic and prosthetic (O&P) providers from across the country are being recognized for their exceptional care of military personnel.

Several O&P providers were recently honored with a 2025 Freedom Award in recognition of their exceptional care of military personnel needing orthotic and prosthetic devices. 

“O&P professionals play a vital role not only in the lives of individual patients but also in the health and resilience of entire communities,” said Jeff Kessler, Director of OPGA. “Their work with veterans often inspires broader awareness and appreciation for the O&P profession, and the OPGA Freedom Award helps shine a light on that ripple effect of care and commitment.”

Recipients received a printed award to display in their patient care facilities.
