U.S. Rehab's Greg Packer has been elected as the President of the National Coalition for Assistive and Rehab Technology (NCART), effective July 1.
The Nominating Committee also approved the following results of the officer elections, which are as follows: Kevin Gearheart, vice president; Doug Westerdahl, treasurer; and Mike Barner, secretary. A longtime champion and dedicated advocate of the complex rehab industry, Packer has held a variety of positions with NCART, including his seat on the Executive Board and his preceding role as Vice President.
“I am blessed to have been elected as the next President of NCART, and I thank all those who have put their trust in me to lead this important organization,” said Packer. “I truly appreciate the opportunity to be a part of NCART, the industry, and work with all who are involved in helping end-users of CRT leave more independent and fulling lives.”
“I am very excited to once again be working with Greg as we chart a future course for NCART manufacturers, providers, and all stakeholders,” said Wayne Grau, incoming NCART executive director. “Greg’s vision, passion, and understanding of the Complex Rehab industry provides NCART the foundation for us to take NCART to the next level.”
