Innovation In Motion Partners with Team Gleason and “Duck Dynasty” Star Willie Robertson to Provide Power Wheelchair to Mississippi Resident

Published in Complex Rehab on April 03, 2019

Innovation In Motion was proud to have partnered with Team Gleason and Willie Robertson (from TV show “Duck Dynasty”) to help Jim Peckenpaugh (“Peck”), a man with ALS, get back to doing what he loves – spending time outdoors. Click here to watch.

Peck asked Robertson, CEO of Duck Commander, to join him on a deer hunting adventure, and he was later gifted a new Extreme X8 Power Wheelchair by Innovation In Motion so he could enjoy the outdoors. This chair helps Peck get around nature and allows him to ride through all kinds of terrain that everyone comes across when hunting. Robertson states, “It never [ceases] to amaze me the innovation that comes out that people are constantly working towards making people’s quality of life better.”

Peck reminds everyone, “It’s all about getting outside. The main thing is being able to move around and do things you want to do.”
