To join this mission, make sure to include it with your Focus Conference registration.

Along with this pre-conference session, Focus Conference will have several other sessions to help your business stay up to date with billing & reimbursement, compliant, accredited, and armed with information to ensure fair payer contracts, including:

Expanding in Women's Health: Understanding the Maternity Market presented by Jason Ivey, Account Manager, Motif Medical

Since the Affordable Care Act passed in 2010, Mom & Baby has become one of the fastest-growing segments for medical equipment providers. Over time, this opportunity has grown as more products have become available to new/expecting moms through their insurance benefits. We'll discuss how this market has evolved over time, what new and expecting moms are looking for today, and how to drive business through various marketing channels.

Lifelong Diagnosis, Lifelong Customer: Growing Your Reach in Lymphedema Compression presented by Bryan Groleau Director of Clinical Education, COTA/L, CLT-LANA, WCC, LLE, CLWT

Awareness of lymphedema has grown exponentially, and with that so has the number of those diagnosed yearly. But do patients with lymphedema know where to go to find compression? Do therapists know where to send patients when they are ready for compression? Most therapists and providers struggle when it comes to assisting their patients with compression and would welcome the opportunity to partner with local compression fitters. In this session, we will explore how lymphedema awareness has led to a growing number of patients needing compression more than ever. Don’t leave compression business on the table, but rather learn how to best care for patients and harness that business lifelong.

With the opportunity to earn both scientific and business CEUs with education tailored to you, these educational sessions will not only help you improve your business but gain valuable insight to help you adjust to our ever-changing healthcare industry.
